If you are staying at a hotel in Las Vegas

PLEASE READ: 

Hotel Delivery & Pickup Instructions

Las Vegas is a very busy city, and most hotels on or near the Strip are not delivery driver–friendly. Please do not assume drivers can come directly to your room — this is usually not allowed.

When you finish your delivery order please make sure that the confirmation and tracking are emailed to the email you provided. 
If there is no confirmation email the delivery was not processed. Please call the store if you are having issues. 

Meeting Your Driver

  • Always plan to meet your driver in the lobby or at the bell desk.

  • When scheduling your pickup, use the DETAILS section to provide clear meeting instructions.

  • Please leave your driver a small tip. Traveling on the strip and picking up laundry is very difficult for them and we have had problems with Door Dash Drivers cancelling last minute. 


Contact Information

  • Leave your cell phone number so your driver can reach you.

  • Many drivers cannot call international numbers. If you’re visiting from outside the U.S., we recommend arranging with the Bell Desk to hold your laundry for pickup and delivery.


Important Reminders

  • Be specific with your pickup instructions (e.g., “Meet me in the Bell Desk area” or “I’ll wait in the lobby”).

  • Check your email for your confirmation and tracking details.

  • Do not just write, “I’m staying at the ARIA, room 3800.” Drivers cannot park and go up to guest rooms.

Please provide the exact location and details for picking up your laundry bags.

 

If there are any gate codes, include them here.

 

Let us know the number of bags and any special requests you may have.

Choose pickup & return time

Choose your pickup and return time and method:

  • Please allow 6 hours turnaround

  • If you place the order in the morning we can return it by the afternoon

  • **Make sure to leave notes on how your driver can get to your laundry

  • Ex: "I left three bags at the front door, the gate code is #1234"

We pick up your clothes

The delivery service will pick up your clothes as per your instructions.

 

If there are any issues with your delivery please use the link in your email confirmation to contact Burq Chat Help which will help you find new drivers 24 hours a day 

Wash, dry and fold

We weigh your clothes. Then, we wash, dry, fold, and bag your clothes.  Then charge the card on file.

We use Premium Detergent, Downy, Clorox (for whites), and Bounce sheets standard. 

We return your clothes!

We return them on the date and time you requested.

How It Works

Your credit card will be charged first for the third party delivery service and then will be charged at the completion of your order. Your credit card information is secured using SSL encryption and is processed using the latest security standards for account data protection within the United States. 

Minimum Order $14.00 for delivery. Delivery fees are seperate.
