We are Locally owned and operated! Your clothes are taken to our facility and professionally washed and folded then brought right back to you.

How much first in one Bag?
​
A standard 13 gallon kitchen bag typically holds about 2 household loads of laudry. 25-30 Lbs on average. Go ahead and fill it more! As long as the bag doesnt rip when we pick it up. Pricing is by bag not by weight

How soon can you pickup and deliver?
​
We ask that you give us at least about an 8 hour notice for pickups. If we pickup your laundry in the morning you can expect it back the next day.
Do I need a special Spin Cycle Bag?
​
No you do not. For your first order and any order after your can just use a 13 gallon kitchen bag. We return it in a re-usable plastic bag sealed and fresh. If you wanted one we can absolutely sell you one.

Do I need to be home?
​
Not at all! Leave your bag in a pickup location and just let us know where it is. We can drop off the same way as well

What can I put into the bag?
​
Anything that is machine washable we will accept in the bag. Clothing, towels, sheets, soccer uniforms, you name it. We will wash it all to your specifications, fold and separate them for you.

Can I send more than one bag?
Absolutely! Each full bag will be charged separately.

Is the pickup and delivery free?
​
Yes it is! Scheduled pickup and delivery are included.

When will I get my laundry back?
​
Standard residential orders are returned the next afternoon with scheduled pickup. Please give us 12 hour notice on pickups. We will contact you with a drop off window and the driver lets you know when we are 15-30 minutes away.

Is this a subscription?
No! Order whenever you want. We do offer Laundry Memberships! that come with weekly laundry pickup for one low monthly price.
